Salary: $17/hr. - $19/hr. doe based on experience*
Epiphany Care Homes of Minnetonka was created for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, and mood disorders in mind. We focus on providing 24-hour constant compassionate assisted living support in a home residential environment. The focus is on improving our resident's quality of life by assisting with their health care needs, behavior management, and personal goals with utmost compassion and patience.

Requirements:
• MN CNA/NAR license required
• Two years' experience preferred but not required
• Driver's license required
• Able to pass a background check
• Cook/meal prep for following day, clean, restock supplies, report any change in residents' condition, be comfortable working independently
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with residents
• Demonstrate the ability to use computer charting
