Aimee Slaughter

A Registered Nurse and the Licensed Assisted Living Director. She is responsible for managing the operations of Epiphany Care Homes. Aimee ensures that our Assisted Living facilities are supported by the highest quality programs and services, which allows our residents to live in the most beneficial environment possible. Aimee works with residents, families, medical teams, and staff to ensure the highest level of care for all residents at Epiphany Care Homes. Aimee directs the organization in such a way that it meets the needs of the residents while complying with regulatory agents and exceeding the goals of the Epiphany Care Homes mission and philosophy.

Allison Jablonsky

Allison Jablonsky

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor ensures that the health care needs of all clients are met, and staff are trained in assisted living procedures and policies. She is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of nursing care as well as maintaining proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments. Allison works to ensure Epiphany Care Homes is in compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations while collaborating with the Licensed Assisted Living Director to build relationships with residents, their families, and their care teams.

Kalli Doyle

Kalli Doyle

The Director of Human Resources and Scheduling Manager. She is responsible for coordinating business office functions including human resources, marketing, employment of staff, and providing support to residents and staff of Epiphany Care Homes. Kalli works to uphold the standards and values of Epiphany Care Homes by creating a working and living environment for staff and residents that is safe, supportive, healthy, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Savanna Schnider

Savanna Schnider

The Site Lead at Epiphany Care Homes. She is responsible for assuring that the housing community and property reflects the highest quality of appearance and care, while overseeing services in compliance with local and federal regulations as they apply to senior housing. Savanna develops, coordinates, and implements resident activities and events at Epiphany Care Homes. Savanna encourages the community participation of residents in activities which provide physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual development. Savanna individualizes activities and events for residents to create opportunities to use personal talents, skills, and to pursue specific interests.
