Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as eating, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide mobility assistance, including helping residents get in and out of bed and move around the facility.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring residents receive the nourishment they need.
- Foster a supportive, friendly environment for socialization and emotional well-being.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude with a passion for caring for others.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
